The Chimney Hill
MUD Board of Directors typically meets twice per
month. The official meeting notice and
agenda lists the date, time and place of each
Board meeting. The official meeting notices
are posted within the District at 13255
Firebrick. The following information
provides the location and directions to
designated meeting places of the Board of
Directors for Chimney Hill Municipal Utility
District:
Business meeting – Typically
held the 4th Friday of every month
12:00 noon at the following address:
The offices of
Coats, Rose, Yale, Ryman & Lee, P.C.
3 Greenway Plaza,
Suite 2000, Houston, Texas
Directions: From
the District - take US 290 southwest to Loop
610. Go south on Loop 610 to US 59. Take US 59
north toward downtown, but take the exit for
Buffalo Speedway. Turn left (north) on Buffalo
Speedway, proceed under US 59, and then turn
left from Buffalo Speedway into the parking
garages for Greenway Plaza.
Technical Meeting – Typically
held the 2nd Wednesday of every month
at 6:30pm at the following address:
Chimney Hill/Camfield
Joint Wastewater Treatment Plant
13450 Traders
Village Drive, Houston, Texas
Directions: From
Eldridge and Highway 529 - go north on Eldridge
Parkway and turn left (west) onto the asphalt
road that exits from Traders Village. (Ignore
the “Wrong Way” and “Do Not Enter” signs.)
Follow the gravel road back to the Wastewater
Treatment Plant.

designated the following locations as out of
District meeting locations. Please see the
meeting notice which is posted in Chimney Hill
for details regarding specific meetings.

Suite 150, Houston, Texas
Directions: From
the District - take US 290 southwest to Loop
610. Go south on Loop 610 to US 59. Take US 59
north toward downtown, but take the exit for
Buffalo Speedway. Turn left (north) on Buffalo
Speedway, and proceed under US59 to Richmond
Avenue. Turn right (east) on Richmond Avenue.
A&S Engineers will be on the right.

Direction: From
Highway 529 and Jackrabbit Road - go north on
Jackrabbit Road until it intersects with the
frontage road for the FM 1960 overpass. Turn
right on the frontage road and cross the
railroad tracks and Old Hempstead Highway. Turn
right into the parking lot of the Best Western
Windsor Suites.
The Comfort
Suites motel

Highway 290, Houston, Texas
Directions: From
the District - take US 290 southwest toward
Beltway 8. Take the exit for Jones Road. Turn
left on Jones Road and proceed under Beltway 8.
Comfort Suites motel will be on the left.
Occasionally, the Board may conduct meetings within the boundaries of
the District at the Community Center located at
13270 Smokey Trail Drive. Please see the
official meeting notice for information
regarding specific meeting dates, times and
locations.
